Meet Arianne Jones
Olympian // Chef // Holistic Nutrition (R.H.N)
Arianne is an Olympic athlete, holistic nutritionist, chef, chronic illness warrior, and ultimate underdog. Over her career as a professional Luger - AKA expert high-speed tobogganer - she competed at the 2014 Olympics, 50 World Cups, 5 World Championships and won 2 World Cup medals. No big deal, right?
While on the surface her athletic career was decorated with achievements, underneath the shiny veil her journey was filled with overcoming naysayers who told her that she would never amount to anything. Because ambition without balance equals agony, she eventually pushed herself to such an extreme that she quite literally broke her back.
Some of our greatest gifts come from our greatest lows, and it was this trauma that first allowed her to discover the power of nutrition. After healing herself through rigorous eating and mindset shifts, she came back from her devastating injury to win Gold.
But sometimes life has other plans for us, and soon after this, Arianne went from the best in the world to bed bound with a mysterious, debilitating illness that was eventually diagnosed as chronic lyme disease.
The bright side? The same tools that helped her reach Olympic heights have helped her regain control of her life and her big, bold ambitions. She brings her years of battling limitations within the athletic world of professional luge, and later, battling the health limitations of her chronic lyme disease, to the forefront in this course to help others overcome challenges they thought and have been told are “impossible” to conquer.
Using her wealth of wisdom within the nutritional world and her seasoned skills in the kitchen, Arianne invites you to love and care for your own guts so that your larger goals and own Olympic-sized aspirations have a true chance to take shape and become reality.
Meet Paige Lawrence-Champion
Olympian // High-Performance Coach
Paige is a seasoned performance coach, Olympian, and mindset shifting magician. From humble beginnings to global recognition, Paige was a small-town rancher kid who turned her “small town, big dreams” into reality when she made it to the Olympics.
She competed in pairs figure skating - AKA doing flips in the air with blades on her feet - at the 2014 Olympics, 21 International Competitions (medalling at several) and was the 4x Canadian Pairs Bronze medalist. Another high-performer? Damn, right! But Paige’s road to her peak performance wasn’t a purely picture book path.
Paige had to work with uncommonaly lean resources and engage an innate resilience to push forward to her athletic dreams.Through her dogged determination she was able to rise to the world stage, but not without her share of heartbreak, setbacks, and threats to her all-around wellness.
Through her Olympic career, she learned firsthand the exact mindset and skill set that is required for optimal performance, however she also learned how the “high-performance career at all costs” mentality can cut a rising athletic career short.
Now Paige is dedicated to helping athletes unlock their potential and achieve outstanding results while avoiding mental blocks and performance anxiety. Her super power is using her learned experience to guide, motivate, and inspire others to navigate their big, hairy audacious goals without sacrificing their mental health and happiness along the way, weaving her signature goal-crushing pillars - Preparation, Execution, and Ownership - into everything she does.
