33. These Health Myths Are Holding You Back

We don't want you to be stuck, we want to help you move forward! These myths are the ones we see holding people back most often. It can be really easy to procrastinate those new things you want to try or big goals you have but the truth is, it's not going to get easier to do the hard thing. However, it's a bad idea to do a full 180 and try to get multiple new habits to stick simultaneously. Start small and work your way up, stacking habits as you go.

A big question we get is "how do you stay motivated?" and the simple answer is, we don't! We stay consistent. We've learned how to build habits that keep us consistent. Furthermore, we know that failure is fabulous! It is our greatest teacher, allowing us to constantly learn and improve. Stop getting in your own way by believing the worst of yourself. You can choose to create change in your habits and thought patterns.
